FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY In accordance with applicable laws, Rebecca Fearing states that all psychic readings, mediumship sessions, and spiritual consultations are for entertainment purposes only. No guarantees can be made regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcome of the information provided.

2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE The client acknowledges that the Medium is not a licensed psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or medical doctor.

• Information provided during the session should never be used as a substitute for professional advice.

• You should not discontinue medical treatment, legal counsel, or financial planning based on information received in a reading.

• Rebecca Fearing accepts no liability for any actions the client takes or fails to take based on the reading.

3. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive a reading. By booking a session, you certify that you meet this age requirement.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT & TERMINATION We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment.

• The Medium reserves the right to terminate the session immediately if the client becomes abusive, threatening, sexually inappropriate, or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• In the event of termination due to code of conduct violations, no refund will be issued.

5. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebecca Fearing from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of these services or your violation of these Terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
