Cancellation & Recheduling Policy.

POLICY OVERVIEW By booking an appointment with Rebecca Fearing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following policies.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NON-REFUNDABLE) All appointment fees are non-refundable. Once a booking is made and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the spiritual content of the reading.

2. RESCHEDULING POLICY We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty, provided you give us at least 12 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time.

• How to Reschedule: Please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at info@rebeccafearing.com at least 12 hours before your session.

• Late Notice: Requests to reschedule made within the 12-hour window will be considered a cancellation. You will forfeit your session fee and must book a new appointment at the full rate.

3. NO-SHOWS & LATENESS

• No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

• Lateness: Your session begins at the scheduled time. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your session duration. We cannot extend the session time to accommodate late arrivals.
